HDFC Bank — not received fast tag after payment deduction

I have applied fast tag on 8/11/2019 online by hdfc bank site, bank deduct 500/- fees. Its reference number is hfr344892. But there is no any type o[censored]pdates received about fast tag. Tring customer care number but its not connecting. Now feeling helpless. I also visit nearest branch but there not received any satisfied answer. Can you help me for this metter
