HDFC Bank — not receiving any otp or any notification on mobile

Address: #10,VV Bhavan,1st cross 2 nd main Vijay layout Arakere main road Bannerghatta road Bangalore

I have updated my mobile number from atm in january. I updated the number through bank in february.
Still not getting otp or any notification on mobile. Worst bank service to prime customer.
