Hi,
I have a corporate bank account with hdfc (Kg marg, cp, delhi branch). I had applied on approx 2. Jul.2020 and i have received an account opening mail by 9. Jul.2020. Now i have following issues in banking with hdfc:
1) i have received the kit on 28. Jul.2020 but the kit is incomplete.
In the mail it was written that phonebanking, debit card netbanking will be received, but i only received cheque book and netbanking pin.
2) if i am trying to use netbanking pin with legit access, it is saying that contact your branch.
I have tried with call and email, but no response from branch. When we visited the branch, guard isnt allowing.
I need bank to answer and solve following:
1) do i need to wait for second kit for debit card and phone banking?
2) when should i suppose the netbanking to be activated from hdfc? Because of this we are still not eligible.
It is highly impacting our business. I hope customer satisfaction is their business as well.
Or else i am forced to switch to another bank.
