HDFC Bank — Not receiving otp on email for activating the net banking

Address: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

I have to activate my net-banking...

I am choosing registered number + e-mail:
The problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i don't know why is it happening.

Please note: Other emails from hdfc bank arrives like hdfc ads and even i received Smart statement also, but not otp.
