Hi, I have Made 2 Transaction from payzapp to Axis Bank but once transaction get success but another transaction failed but amount not reversed and have made complaint to payzapp support but no once is responding again this.

I registered in Payzapp app on 1st september and did 2 transacation using Bank of Baroda (Visa Debit card) 5000INR, Citi Bank (Visa Credit card) 1500INR, the transaction failed and not available in trancation hsitory in the app but money is deducted from my account. no response from customer care. Need your support.
Very poor service and commitment of HDFC BANK, i have pre approved loan, as per bank employee commitment it should be in 4 hours, its almost a week i din't got any update about my file,

Amazon processed my refund for an order on 23rd august 2017. the reference number is[protected]. still i have not got that amount into my account.. its been 12 days.
One yea back I hv deactivated my hdfc credit card..but nw aftr one year i got credit card bill.i want to y it came.and y should i pay the bill as it is deactivated one year back.i ignored it for the first time and again it came with fine for next month

worst service. for speaking to customer care officer, need press 10 of buttons after listening all stories, at the end, once you are about to handover to the Customer service executive, phone will be disconnected. Same thing happened to me 3 times today itself.

I made a transaction of rs 3000/- dated 01-sep-2017 11.17 am from my credit card to payzapp account, it got deducted from card but not credited to payzapp account.sent mail and tried to contact customer care but unable to reach.
