HDFC Bank — one assist deactivation

This is with regards to the one assist activation.. Without my permission and any prior intimation you guys have activated the one assist and deducted 1400 from my hdfc credit card account.. This is so irresponsible of you guys.. How can you guys self decide that you will activate something and deduct amount on your own. Cancel this activation and refund my money
