One assist auto renews the membership without any prior intimation. They donât even ask your permission or inform you regarding this. Last year my subscription was auto renewed and i didnât receive any mail regarding it, only after it was auto renewed i got a message. They debited money rs.1399 from my credit card without my permission. When i called the customer care regarding this they blatantly refused to cancel subscription. And promised me theyâll make a note of it and inform me the next year before auto renewal.
But this year also i didnât get any intimation thought they are stating that they had sent a mail, and my subscription got auto renewed. I check my mail everyday being an it professional and i didnât receive any mail from them. When i asked the customer care executive to forward me a copy of that mail that was sent to me, he back tracked saying he canât do it, itâs auto generated, some other team has to send it! And asked me to drop a mail to their id. Customer care is of no use.
And again heâs giving # reasons that it canât be cancelled after auto renewal!
Itâs their fault they didnât get my permission before renewing or inform me. I want to cancel my subscription this time.
