[Resolved] HDFC Bank — one assist membership deduction

I recently received my new hdfc emi card. Received a text saying "dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 4333. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly." I did not apply for any membership. And this was done without my consent.
