On 9/5/2017 i have open my account on bandra east branch. On same day i have sign the form for opening demat ac. I wanted open demat ac for applying cdsl and au financial ipo. Till date the dmat ac is not open nor i have received any well come kit. I feel because of delay in process opportunity loss by me. Other bank giving be better service. So wish to close the account now.
