[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Original policies documents not received even after 6 months

Dear sir / madam I have been following for the original documents of the following policy from past six months with mr. Sidesh ramesh naik and ms. Swapnil of hdfc life krm-borivali west branch. I was supposed to receive these policy in dec 2016. They keep promising to send the documents but do nothing. I have got some stupid lam excuse such as "our office peon was on holidays so could not courier the documents", "i am on annual leave", "today i am sick so not in the office" If this is the way hdfc life treats you then what can one expect during claim?
