I’m not receiving otp when adding a new beneficiery from past 4 months. I have spoke with customer care team, everytime they have been saying “the peoblem will be solved in next 24hrs”. I’m getting alerts on my mobile. Either the bank has to remove this otp option or provide good service. Hiw can i use the banking services with out receiving otp. Hope someone from hdfc bank will fix this. Thanks.
