Hi,
I have been an hdfc customer for the past 3 years. I have been logged out netbanking because i have forgotten my ipin
When i go to reset it on their site, they ask me for my registered email and mobile number. I provide everything but i do not recieve any otp on my email-id. I just recieve otps on my cellphone.
I have tried this process 5-6 times and i am clearly frustrated with the technology handicap that this much touted bank is suffering from.
Note:- i do not remember my t-pin, so i can't even reach customer care
