HDFC Bank — paid 99,509 from debit card to thomas cook through payzapp payment gateway

Hello I paid rs ninety nine thousand five hundred and nine rupees. 99, 509 on 27th June 2019 to thomas cook for buying foreign exchange, by a debit card through PAYZAP payment gateway.
the money got debited from my icici bank account but never got credited to the seller thomas cook(the seller confirmed it on email).
My money is stuck in payment gateway of HDFC PAYZAP
It's been over 1 month i havnt got the refund yet..
Kindly assist me how to get the refund
