I am visited my home branch (Nayabazar Branch Siliguri) from last month to till toady 8 times but i cant update my passbook due to customer service mam MRS. Sarmistha is not present at that moment every time or she is busy unable to update passbook. Same i was visit today she is not in branch and at that moment Ast. Branch Manager told me she was in outside due her medical issue and Ast. Branch Manager behaving with rudely and using abusive language in front of other customer and told me close the ac or transfer to other branch. Please check his behavior in Video footage 11.30a.m to 12.00 Ppm on 4th july 2017.
