[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Payment done at pos creative petroleum mundra not received at receiving end but amount debited from account..

With reference to above subject, on dated-28.06.2017, i made payment of rs. 310 with ref no[protected] from my hdfc rupay debit card at creative petroleum mundra. But the amount was debited from account and not received at pos. I done second transaction of same amount at same pos after that and it was successful. So it is requested to refund the amount to my savings account.

Updated by Gaurav Kholiya The second transaction I made had ref no[protected] on same day at same pos. And image is attached here.during first transaction no any receipt generated.
