I have made a transaction of rs. 5000/- to my axis bank account on 5th november 2017 from payzapp app. But amount not transferred to beneficiary account and neither credited back to my payzapp, i tried calling customer service no one is answering the call and every time it is saying busy.
Kindly requesting you to resolve this issue.
