[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payment of credit card through net banking

On 4th septemeber-17 i have transferred by net banking rs 35000/ to my hdfc card no [protected]. I did not receive sms for having received this amount. When i called yesterday night the call center i was informed that sometimes it takes 24 hours to resolve.

To avoid late payment i have once again paid rs 31000/ today for which i have received the sms.

Kindly look in to my transaction of rs 35000 yesterday and revert.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We are in receipt of your payment of Rs. 31, 000 on September 5, 2017 and the same has been credited to your Credit Card account on the payment due date. The relevant credit for the same will reflect in your September 2017 statement. We request you click on the "View unbilled transaction link" in the "Credit Card" option on our netbanking facility to view the above credit on your card account.
