HDFC Bank — payment towards recharge of mobile number is not done, but money got debited

Hi hdfc bank,

I have tried recharging the mobile number in airtel.in website for mobile recharge. I had tried two times for recharge amount of 548 rupees, for both the transaction i have received the email from netsafe that the transaction is declined in the www.aitel.in website. But the amount is debited from my hdfc credit card.
