HDFC Bank Payzapp App — hdfc payzapp app regarding money transfer

Hi team,
On 23rd oct, i have made an transaction of 5000 rs from payzapp wallet to my bank account. Tranfer got failure and money is deducted from wallet and not yet refunded, however i have sent out a mail to to payzapp customer still not get a reply from payzapp customer care. I got only auto reply mail. I tried to call payzapp customer care i am unable to reach out them. Every time i am getting busy voice message.

ur problem resolved??? because i have similar transaction and complaint registered on 14 oct (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/hdfc-bank-payzapp-c1737927) still pending no communication from hdfc bank side. no companit no given no calls received nothing dont know what 2 do
