HDFC Bank Payzapp App — Recharge not done

Hi, i had recharged my idea mobile number with amount 210 via hdfc payzapp application. Transacation was successful and the same amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. I send a mail regarding this but no one is responding to mail or calls. Even on their number no one responds. Please help.

We like to confirm that the transaction done on 15th Feb 2016 for Rs.210/- shows as failed and the refund for the same has been initiated on 22nd Feb 2016 to the card number ending with 3988 and this amount will be credited in respective card by 7 working days from the date of refund.

I had done a recharge for jio with Rs. 151 using payzapp. The transaction was successful, and the amount was deducted. But the recharge was not done. Can you please help me in it.

I have done my airtel recharge with payzapp for 479 rs the amount is deducted from my account but still recharge is pending
