I made a payment of rs 250 through payzapp an app of hdfc bank on 23 sep 17 for recharging my mobile no.
The transaction was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I enquire the same from payzapp customer care they informed me that my amount will be refunded with in 5 working days. After 5 days i checked again from payzapp customer care then they told me that your refund has been given check from your bank. I checked from my bank they have no clue about all this. Till date i am waiting for the refund. You are requested to do the needful.
