I have used payzap for recharge of 399rs. It failed at first so i tried again. Then i got messages from bank that both the time money deducted. But the transaction was not completed any time. I tried calling the support number provided, its always busy. Sent email too but no response. How come you guys dont respond after theese many complaints. Do you really want your app to be used by people? I[censored] want please refund all the failed transactions. I want my 798 rs refunded now.
