[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp failed transaction refund issue

Hi team,
I have transferred 5000 from my payzapp wallet to my bank account on 01/08/2017 but first i got a message that the transaction failed. So i have tried one more time then the transaction got successful but 10000 deducted from my payzapp wallet. I have rec ivied only 5000 in bank account. The amount 5000 is not refunded.
