HDFC Bank — payzapp failure transaction

I made two transactions from payzapp which got failed... But after few days its showing as success but amount is anyway not credited in bank account... First i recieved a message stating as refund in 5 days and now again another 5 days as there was some technical issues... Am getting worried when i started reading reviews about payzapp.. Kindly refund my 10000 in total... It was 2 transaction worth 5k each... Transaction numbers are[protected]yv50zg8 and[protected]zt48qh2. Kindly help me in this regard
