HDFC Bank Payzapp — fraud hdfc payzapp application

Address: Thane, Maharashtra, 401208

I had done bank transfer from Payzapp to Axis Bank but yet i had not recevied amount.
Kindly refund or complete the transaction ASAP.
Transaction dated 22nd oct 2017.
i had waited for 5 working days yet no refund

I had got the details from the vasai road west branch that amount will be reversed to our HDFCPAYZAP within 5 working days but still i can't find any thing in that.

wrost thing is that customer is not contactable on any manner.

Bank Branch staff only replys that our back team is working, , god know how and were are they are working. HDFC bank Application is cheating and fraud
