Hi there,
I have transferred ₹5000 from my payzapp to my hdfc bank account which unfortunately couldn't succeed, therefor amount shouldn't be deducted from my payzapp account but amount has been deducted.
I have sent mail to [protected]@payzapp.in and [protected]@hdfcbank.com and even called many times to their customer support [protected] but they are not replying.
My money has stuck and they are not solving the issue
Please find attached failed translation receipt and do needful to revert my money to payzapp account.
