HDFC Bank — payzapp money debited from my credit card but did not reflect in app

I m venu gopal please help on this.25000 money i have added to payzapp wallet. 25000 deducted from my credit card but not relected in payzapp account. This is happening second time. I called to customer care guys number as:[protected] i am getting busy and some one given in portals as +91 [protected]. They are asking full details about the card.
