HDFC Bank Payzapp — money not credited in my account

Hi team,

I had made a payment of 1000 rupee towards my icici bank account from hdfc payzapp.
Money has been debited from the app but it has not been credited in my icici bank account.
I am trying to call customer care but call is not getting connected.
I had sent multiple mail but no response till now.
