I added rs. 20000 from my sbi credit card in my payzap wallet associated with number [protected] at 12.35 pm on 6th nov. 2017. Money got deducted from my credit card and i hot a message on payzap "funds loaded successfully". But the amount is not showing in my wallet. I needed the amount on urgent basis that's why i used credit card and payzapp. Pls resolve this issue asap as i am facing medical emergency. Pls rectify this.

Updated by Nikita H Mehta I've got no communication till now. I dont understand how an app by a responsible bank like HDFC does not even have a working customer care contact number. I have seen many complaints regarding payzapp on internet which are not being solved even after many days.
