[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp money transfer dispute

I tried transferring rs 5000 from my credit card to my payzapp aap account, while processing this transaction it never asked my cvv number or password however i received message on my mobile number that rs5000 has been deducted from my credit card. Rs5000 never added to my payzapp app which i wanted to transferred to my savings account. Plz refund. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)

I have many issues to using payzapp iam unable to link upi and I have comleted my basic kyc in which I am not able to use wallet. My register mob no [protected]

When I try to link upi it is show payzap had an error try some time later
