Using payzapp... Phone [protected]... Two transactions made using my credit card... Bt got transaction failure status...2transactiomlns 5000rs and 4999rs on september 1st ,both got failed... But amount got deducted from my card... But refund not found yet... Please check and update.. Last month too happened the same.. No refund initiate from your end...

Using Payzapp
I have added amount of Rs.5, 000/- (Rs. five THOUSAND ONLY) to my payzapp Wallet then I have transfer the amount to axis BANK But it got shows as success. But the amount is not transferred to my bank account. Can u please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
