[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp refund not received even after 5 days

Hi,
I have used my payzapp account with mobile number [protected] to transfer an amount of rs.5000/- on 31st august. I used wrong account number which doesn't exist. The amount got deducted from my account. And when i called for the support they mentioned me that it is a failed transaction and the amount will be credited in my wallet within 5 working days. But still i didn't get any refund and there is no update at least to track. Hoping for the sooner response.
