[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp refund required

I have used my payzapp account and transferred 5000 to a savings account which showed success and money got debited from my account and did not reach the account. I think it might because of the wrong ifsc code. When sent a mail i got a reply stating it will be credited back in 5 days till now nothing happened. Transaction happened on the 9th september. HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that the IMPS account transfer of an amount of Rs.5000/- initiated, on Date 09/09/2017 has failed due to technical error from the bank's end and the same has been credited to your PayZapp wallet on[protected]. The refunded amount was utilized for further transactions.
