[Resolved] HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction - amount deducted but not credited to payee account

Sir/madam,
I have done the transaction rs 3000. It was debited in payzapp but not credited to payee account. I have emailed to [protected]@payzapp.in. They have replied to wait for 2 days. Nothing happened. I tried to call [protected] (Toll free no)., its always busy... Why are giving number which can not be contacted... It useless customer care from reputed bank like hdfc...

And they take phone call interview and selected as HDFC bank exctive. And they ask money 7000 Ru. I was paid as Bank-SBI

Then I am getting a conformation later form shin.com but know their phone switch off.
