[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction amount not reached to act fibernet

Hi team,
I have paid my act fibernet bill rs: 767/- on 7th oct 2017 through payzapp application and i used sbi credit card for payment.

Money is deducted from my sbi credit card and transaction is shown as successful. But actfibernet did not receive my amount. I have attached the transaction screenshot. Please refer to the screenshot for transaction id
I did not get any refund into my sbi credit card or payzapp wallet or anywhere.

Please refund my money.
This is the 2nd complaint and issue i am facing after using hdfc services in a span of 2 weeks. Very disheartening.

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform that the transaction of Rs.767/- done on 07-Oct-2017 towards MP:Acttv shows as successful from our end, since you have not received the service for the payment made, We request you to wait for 10 business days for the amount to get refunded to the wallet card.

In the event the services or the amount is not refunded within 10 business days please follow the below process

1. In case of HDFC credit/Debit card request the customer to contact the bank to raise a dispute with the merchant

2. In case of PayZapp card request the customer to contact us through email with a proof stating that the they have not received the service.
