I added 10, 000 rupees to my payzapp wallet, the amount was debited from my credit card but the transaction was failed. I try to reach the payzapp customer care there is no response from there side because the customer care is not working. I just want to know either i receive the money to my wallet or to my credit card.in both the cases how many working days to resolve the issue.
