I made a transaction of rupees 5000 on 21 august 2017 from my credit card to payzapp, money debited but not credited to payzapp account, when called to the customer care number no response at all. Again on 22 august 2017 i made transaction of 5000 which the amount debited from payzapp account and not credited to the bank account.
For the first one i don't see a txn id.
For the second one txn id is[protected]hm59kx5
Iam writing here because i have seen similar complaints from customers and not resolved for prolonged time.
Please revert with an immediate action asap.. Please.
