Recently i transferred a sum of rs 5000 to an sbi account. Even though transaction was failed then also, my money was deducted. After two days i received a message of transaction success, but my sbi account has not been credited with the sum of money. I tried calling customer service, i also mailed them. Bt i got no response from their side. I don't know what to do. Please help.
