[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction failed but amount didn't reversed

Hi team

I have done 2 fund transfer to bank transactions (5000 each). The amount got debited from payzapp wallet. But it didnt get credited to the beneficiary account. I have enquired with the bank customer care. They said no money is transferred to this account today (23/10). Please do the needful as soon as possible.
