HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction failed but money not credited back to payza account

Hi team,
I tried to transfer an amount of rs.5000 to a bank account from payzapp but the transaction got failed.
The money shows debited from my payzapp account but as transaction was failed it didn't credit back to my payzapp account.
I have confirmed with the beneficer and he did not get any money.
Where is my money. Please reply.

Salom Jerlin customer from trichy HDFC bank.i have availed car often i am getting call from this number [protected][protected] a woman named divya is speaking and threatening me and using abusing and insulting words for loan payment.really I m much worried about this kindly take necessary action immediately or else I will move to legal steps.
