I have made a transaction of 3k rs from my icici credit card on 14.09.2017. But after entering 3d authentication code the app showed transaction failed. On the other hand i got the message from my bank that the transaction of inr 3000 using credit card is made at payzapp wallet on 14-sep-17. The amount of inr 3000.00 was debited from my credit card and still not added to the wallet. I tried calling your customer care no[protected] but every time the line was busy. Please resolve the issue asap.
