I have used hdfc payzapp application to transfer money from wallet to hdfc savings account as of 22.10.2017. But the transcation was failed not know the reason also my money was deducted 5k from the payzapp wallet but it was not transfered to my bank account nor in my wallet i contacted the payzapp customer service team didnt get a proper reply from them asusal they are saying it will credit but alomost 5 days over still i didnt get my refund.
