HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction failed need money urgently

Hi,

I have made a transaction sum of rs 5000 from payzapp wallet to my icici bank on 23 rd oct 17 transaction success but not credited to my bank. I reached out my bank but no use they told me to check with PayZapp but this customer care is not working. I sent email to customer care also but no use no one contacted me & one automatic email received saying that it will refund in 5 days but its been 10 days now.Please do refund urgently. If we couldn't pay credit card bill wat u guys will do? U will charge interest and late fee also.but u guys blocking my money for10 days by just saying technical issue this is not fair.
