HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction failed of rs. 5000/- but money not refunded

I have sent rs.5000 to mobile no. [protected] but the transaction got failed and amount got deducted from my payzapp wallet. I tried the customer care number daily but number is always busy. My payzapp number is [protected].

Hence you are requested to do the needful and reverse my money asap.
