I do a transaction on payzapp app i done transaction rs. 8000/- mean add this money in another payzapp account then while transaction the amount is debit from my payzapp id but not credit in another payzapp id. Here i attach a screenshot of amount debited.

is this joke i just submit a complaint but after few seconds how it automatically mark complaint as resolved because i don't get any mail or call from bank regarding my complaint and didn't refund my money.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
