[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp transaction failure

On date 30th aug i was trying to add 5000/- to my payzapp wallet using my sbi debit card: [protected], and the transaction reference number is:[protected] and then amount was deducted from my account but it’s not credited in to my payzapp wallet. When i contacted to payzapp support centre and asked about the same then they had informed me that your refund is already initiated and it will credited to your account immediately or maximum 1-2 days but till now i had not received any kind of refund and today again same thing happen for recharge purpose i was adding 1736/- to wallet through my sister's axis bank credit card [protected] the amount was deducted but its not credited to payzapp wallet or my credit card account.

So my total 6736 rupees has been stuck due to payzapp.

I want a salutation as soon as possible.

The refund has been initiated back to the source account on 30-Aug-2017 14:29:49 to card number ending 9899. Please find below the details for assistance & request you to get in touch with the respective bank for the refund procedure.
