[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp transactions funds not credited

My phone number - [protected] i have done a 5000/- transaction on 16th sep 2017 to my saving union bank account, money got detected from my payzapp wallet but the amount was not credited to bank account and still not refunded, the customer care is worst they are not responding properly, what kind of services are you providing and plz refund my amount back.

We would like to inform you that the IMPS account transfer for Rs.5000/- initiated, on 16th September 2017 has failed due to technical error from the bank's end and the same will be refunded to the your PayZapp wallet within 5 working days.
