HDFC Bank Payzapp — transferred amount from payzapp but not credited into account

Hai,

On 3rd of this month i had transferred the amount of 15000 to my hdfc bank account from payzapp. Inner amount was debited from my pay zapp but not yet credited in my bank account from last two days iam trying to contact the payzapp customer care no but no one is responding also i had dropped a mail to payzapp support.
