I loaded money (Rs.3000) from my icici credit card to payzapp wallet on 02.11.17at 7.35 pm. Rs. 3000 added my in my payzapp wallet. Then i transferred the money (02.11.17 at 7.43pm) to my iob saving account. But that transaction shows failed. After a few minutes payzapp wallet money deducted. This money not reverse to my icici bank credit card and iob account to till date. Payzapp wallet shows the following. Card unload Transaction status : success Transfer type : withdraw Txn. Verified Support Nov 17, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We would like to inform you that the IMPS Account Transfer done on 02-Nov-2017 of Rs.3, 000/- was failed. However, the refund has been credited to PayZapp wallet on 14-Nov-2017 and same amount was utilized for further transactions.
