HDFC Bank — payzapp wallet - regarding payment failure

On 28th oct morning, i have added 5, 000 rupees to payzapp wallet through my axis credit card. After sometime, it shows the payment was failed. However, amount got deducted from my axis credit card. I'm not sure how this happened and i have tried to make a call to the hdfc customer care team and no reply from them and i have wrote a complaint through email. Still, i didn't receive any response from them. I'm wondering when will i get the amount back to my credit card. Please take care of my complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible. I understand there might be technical glitch. Try to resolve it soon.

I have apply credit card but cause off address problem i am not receive my credit card
Actually after apply credit card my address location change cause off transfer by my company now i want receive credit card my office address.
so plz give any solution so that i can solve this prob by online system because i have not meet time go to bank.
